If your ship can fight and you want faster action, look under Verified Mercenary for combat scenario chains. Unlock higher scenarios by completing earlier ones.
Good for FPS practice and loot. Bring armor, rifle, ammo, medpens, multitool, tractor attachment, and a backpack.
Useful for learning navigation, stations, and landing, but payouts are usually not the strongest. Treat them as training.
Great when you own or crew the right ship. Do not force salvage as a brand-new solo player if you lack the equipment.

Mission balance changes. Check in-game contract payouts and risk before committing your whole session.
Everus Harbor, Port Tressler, Seraphim, and Baijini Point are easier places to reset than surface cities.
Bring a multitool, tractor attachment, food, water, medpens, armor, and spare ammo.
Learn pickup, loading, flight, unloading, and contract completion before risking combat losses.
Try mercenary or combat scenarios after you can reliably launch, travel, land, and recover from mistakes.
